מסמך זה מסביר איזה מידע נאסף כשאתם מבקרים באתר mrgurufit.com או משתמשים באפליקציה Scan & Log, כיצד נעשה בו שימוש, ועם מי הוא משותף. האחראי על המידע: עידו גורא (Mr Guru Fit), ישראל — mr.guru.fit@gmail.com.
בקצרה: אנחנו לא מוכרים מידע, לא מציגים פרסומות ולא משתמשים ברשתות מעקב חיצוניות. המידע היחיד שנאסף עליכם באתר הוא כתובת אימייל — ורק אם תזינו אותה בעצמכם — וספירת ביקורים אנונימית לחלוטין. באפליקציה, הנתונים נשמרים במכשיר שלכם, ורק אם תבחרו להתחבר — מגובים בענן תחת חשבונכם בלבד.
המידע שנאסף באתר
כתובת אימייל — נאספת רק אם תמלאו את טופס ההרשמה לרשימת התפוצה. היא נשמרת אצל ספק הדיוור MailerLite ומשמשת לשליחת הפרק היומי ועדכונים. בכל מייל יש קישור הסרה שפועל מיד.
ספירת ביקורים אנונימית — האתר סופר ביקור אחד לכל גלישה, ללא קוקיז וללא כל פרט מזהה (בלי IP, בלי שם, בלי מעקב בין אתרים). המונה עובר דרך שירות Make.com ומשמש רק כדי לדעת כמה אנשים ביקרו. אפשר לבטל את זה — ראו "בחירה ובקרה" למטה.
אחסון מקומי בדפדפן — שפת הממשק, העדפות תצוגה וסימון "כבר ביקרת בגלישה הזו" נשמרים בדפדפן שלכם בלבד ואינם נשלחים לשום מקום.
המידע שנאסף באפליקציה
יומן המזון, המשקל ונתוני הבריאות נשמרים במכשירכם. אם תתחברו עם חשבון Google, הנתונים מגובים בענן (Google Firebase) תחת חשבונכם בלבד. פירוט מלא במדיניות הפרטיות של האפליקציה: מדיניות פרטיות — Scan & Log.
צדדים שלישיים (ספקי שירות)
אנו נעזרים בספקים הבאים, שכל אחד מעבד מידע בכפוף למדיניות הפרטיות שלו: MailerLite (דיוור), Make.com (ספירת ביקורים ועיבוד פניות), Google / Firebase (התחברות וגיבוי ענן באפליקציה), Open Food Facts (חיפוש ברקודים — נשלח הברקוד בלבד), Cloudinary (אחסון תמונות מוצר שהועלו), MyMemory (תרגום שמות מוצר), GitHub Pages (אירוח האתר), ו-Google Play / Google Groups (הפצת גרסת הבטא). איננו מוכרים או משכירים מידע אישי לאף גורם.

הסרה מרשימת התפוצה: קישור "הסרה" בתחתית כל מייל, מיידי.
ביטול ספירת הביקורים: אפשר לבחור "ללא אנליטיקס" בהודעה שמופיעה בביקור הראשון, או לגלוש במצב פרטי. הבחירה נשמרת בדפדפן שלכם.
מחיקת נתוני האפליקציה: הסרת האפליקציה מוחקת את הנתונים המקומיים; להתנתקות מהענן — התנתקו בהגדרות; למחיקת נתוני הענן — פנו אלינו.
ילדים
השירות אינו מיועד לילדים מתחת לגיל 13, ואיננו אוספים ביודעין מידע עליהם.
אבטחה ושמירה
המידע מוגן באמצעים סבירים ומקובלים. עם זאת, אף העברה או אחסון באינטרנט אינם מאובטחים ב-100%. אנו שומרים כל פריט מידע רק כל עוד הוא נחוץ למטרה שלשמה נאסף, או עד שתבקשו את מחיקתו.

This explains what data is collected when you visit mrgurufit.com or use the Scan & Log app, how it is used, and with whom it is shared. Data controller: Ido Gura (Mr Guru Fit), Israel — mr.guru.fit@gmail.com.
In short: we do not sell data, show ads, or use third-party tracking networks. The only thing collected about you on the site is an email address — and only if you type it in — plus a fully anonymous visit count. In the app, data lives on your device, and only if you choose to sign in is it backed up to the cloud under your own account.
What the website collects
Email address — only if you submit the signup form. Stored by MailerLite (email provider) and used to send the daily episode and updates. Every email has a one-click unsubscribe.
Anonymous visit count — the site counts one visit per browsing session, with no cookies and no identifying data (no IP, no name, no cross-site tracking), via Make.com. You can opt out — see "Choice & control".
Local browser storage — your language, display preferences and a "seen this session" flag are kept in your browser only and never sent anywhere.
What the app collects
Your food log, weight and health data stay on your device. If you sign in with Google, data is backed up to the cloud (Google Firebase) under your account only. Full detail in the app policy: Scan & Log Privacy Policy.
Third parties (service providers)
Each processes data under its own policy: MailerLite (email), Make.com (visit counting & message processing), Google / Firebase (app sign-in & cloud backup), Open Food Facts (barcode lookup — only the barcode is sent), Cloudinary (uploaded product photos), MyMemory (product-name translation), GitHub Pages (hosting), and Google Play / Google Groups (beta distribution). We never sell or rent personal data.
Your rights & choice / control
Access, correction, deletion: under Israel's Protection of Privacy Law (and, for EU visitors, the GDPR) you may access, correct or request deletion of your data. Email mr.guru.fit@gmail.com; handled within 30 days.
Unsubscribe: one click at the bottom of any email.
Opt out of visit counting: choose "No analytics" in the first-visit notice, or browse in private mode. Your choice is stored in your browser.
App data: uninstall to delete local data; sign out in Settings to stop cloud sync; email us to delete cloud data.
Children
The service is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their data.
Security & retention
Data is protected by reasonable measures, though no internet transmission is 100% secure. We keep each item only as long as needed for its purpose or until you ask us to delete it.
